What is the Freeze Dry Technology?
Freeze Dry is also known as Lyophilisation and cryodesiccation. It works on the principle of Sublimation, where food is frozen up to -35°C and then gently removes water from it through a vacuum drying process.
How do I store?
Our packets are 4-layered to prevent food from absorbing moisture from the atmosphere. Our pack can be stored easily in kitchen cabinets, travel bags, etc., making it storage-friendly.
What is the shelf life?
Our Ready to Eat products have a shelf life of up to 9 months from the date of manufacturing.
Is there any cooking required?
Our Ready to Eat products require water to rehydrate. A little effort of 5 minutes makes the perfect meal. There are 3 ways to rehydrate our packets: gas stove, microwave, and pouring hot water.
